30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
  4. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or without first receiving an RMA number.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the item for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
