- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD (after any discounts and before taxes).
International Shipping (European Union)
- We proudly ship to countries within the European Union.
- International Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days after processing.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free shipping promotions for domestic orders do not apply to international orders.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Brindisino is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, please understand that shipping carriers may experience unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, peak seasons, customs procedures, or other external factors. Brindisino is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
